I can't see regular kids in New York City walking around in Jeans showing pubes and butt-crack. Not only can't I see it, but I'm pretty sure the fahking NYPD would arrest any male not White wearing jeans as low as the ones in the picture. I have always maintained that a Black guy trying to do what The Naked Cowboy ™ does would be arrested by the NYPD. THere is no way in hell the NYPD would allow a Black Guy to stand around in the middle of Times Square wearing only a speedo.
