There has been gossip on the net about an article on Timothy Boham by The Advocate that was bumped while an article about Sean Lockhart and Bryan Kocis appeared in Out Magazine. Well, Timothy Boham's legal advisor has confirmed in an email to us that The Advocate is set to publish the long awaited article on Timothy Boham next month.

By the way I was interviewed by Sean Kennedy of the Advocate, the article will run next month. Tim needs all the support he can get right now. There have been so many lies printed about Tim and J.P. By the way, there are new comments that I made that are now on Tim's wikipedia page, those comments stem from a PBS television show, ("Colorado Outspoken") hat I appeared on in March 2007. In March of 2007, Boham's legal advocate and legal researcher, Donna Thomas appeared on the PBS progran, 'Colorado Outspoken'. Appearing with Ms. Thomas, was Mr. Boham's mother Susan Strong. Ms. Thomas stated on the program, that was has been reported in the media has been a distortion of the truth and outright lies." She was asked by the moderator of the program Daryl Jones, "It's been implyed in the media that Timothy had recently left the porn industry, however you say that's not true, care to comment?" Thomas responded,"The last time Tim was on an adult film set was in July of 2004, he was arrested in November of 2006, so that's well over 2 years since he's worked in the industry, to someone 40 that may not seem like a long time, but to someone 25 it is a long time." Boham's mother Mrs. Strong stated on the same program that Boham was physically and mentally abused by his father as a child. She went on to say that" all the things being stated in the media about Tim hating gay people are complete lies." Both Strong and Thomas, spoke about Bohams upbringing in a small town in Nebraska. Thomas said" My chief concern as Tim's legal advocate is his ability to receive a fair trial in lieu of all the lies that are being said about him." wikipedia
