The First Law of The Politics of Prosecution is that you prosecute the party who can most likely be convicted of the crime, not necessarily the party who actually committed the crime. Again, the parties with a prior documented "hostile relationship" with Bryan Kocis and the parties who can most likely be convicted of murdering Bryan Kocis are NOT Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes
There is currently a 90% chance that all charges against Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes will be dismissed, most probably on the grounds that Cuadra and Kerekes were denied their constitutional right to legal counsel. However, the real reason all charges against Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes will be dismissed is because of "The Elephant in The Room". The Elephant in The Room with respect to Bryan Kocis and Cobra Video is RICO and the assets in Bryan Kocis' Estate. The Biggest Threats to The Assets in Bryan Kocis Estate are Sean Lockhart and Grant Roy, the parties sued by The Delaware Cobra Video LLC in San Diego. As we indicated previously, the simply fact that Bryan Kocis had two Cobra Videos in two different states (and that it was The Delaware Cobra Video LLC that sued Sean Lockhart and Grant Roy in San Diego) would SUGGEST that at least a Civil RICO action is warranted against The Estate of Bryan Kocis from Sean Lockhart and Grant Roy Why has there NOT been a Civil RICO of Bryan Kocis' Estate and his various Cobra Video LLCs from Sean Lockhart and Grant Roy? Wouldn't a Civil RICO of Bryan Kocis's estate net more money for Sean Lockhart than Lockhart auctioning off his underwear? Wasn't some property in Kocis' estate recently sold for more that $200,000? Is it possible that Sean Lockhart and Grant Roy are being kept from "going after the Assets in Bryan Kocis' Estate by the "implication" that they could be retaliated against? If Cuadra and Kerekes are convicted of acting alone in Murdering Bryan Kocis, wouldn't this open the door for Sean Lockhart and Grant Roy to then go after the assests in (and that were in) Bryan Kocis Estate (and the Two Cobra Video LLCs) via a Civil RICO action? Maybe Luzerne County doesn't really care if Sean Lockhart and Grant Roy (rather than Bryan Kocis relatives) end up with all of the assets in Bryan Kocis' estate. -------------------- |

The real bombshell in the Bryan Kocis Murder Scandal has to be The Assets in Bryan Kocis' Estate. And, who ends up with those assets.
Obviously, we don't have all of the information necessary to conclude what exactly Bryan Kocis was doing with two Cobra Video LLCs in two different states. However, shouldn't the assets in Bryan Kocis' Estate be FROZEN pending a criminal investigation into what Bryan Kocis was doing with two companies with the same name and, a investigation into how The Delaware Cobra Video LLC had standing to sue Sean Lockhart and Grant Roy in San Diego? While the lives of Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes may be of no concern to anyone in Luzerne County, I'm guessing that the possibility that the Assets in Bryan Kocis Asset could go to Sean Lockhart and Grant Roy might be of concern to a very many people in Luzerne County. RECOMMENDATION Let Bryan Kocis' Relatives take the proceeds from Bryan Kocis' Various ENTERPRISES and do whatever the fuck it is one does with the fruits of the labor of something like Bryan Kocis. AND, Let Sean Lockhart, Grant Roy, Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes go on with their lives. At this point, based on all that has been revealed about What Bryan Kocis was up to ... Nobody gives a shit who killed Bryan Kocis ! The Jury Pool in Luzerne County is Probably more Concerned about the Fact That Bryan Kocis Wasn't In Jail -------------------- Marion Paige
