The Lynching of Kevin Aviance Options

While watching a tv news report on the attack on Kevin Aviance, I got this scary hint of the defense the lawyers for the alleged attackers intend to employ. The lawyers for the guys accused of attacking Kevin Aviance are claiming that:

Kevin Aviance paid inappropriate attention to the 16 year old accused of the crime.

This is one scary situation.

First, there are far more people who stand to gain by accusing Kevin Aviance of a crime than who stand to gain by sending four or five more nameless faceless Black guys to jail. The Conservatives seeking to hold onto the White House and Congress have far more to gain by lynching Kevin Aviance than they do from lynching four unknown Black Guys.

And then we have the Gay Marriage Idiots.

A San Francisco newspaper has an article accusing Bush of using Gay Marriage to divert the public's attention away from the war in Iraq and to divert attention away from Bush's general failure as president. The thing is that Bush et. al. didn't invent the Gay Marriage Campaign. From where I stand, Gay Marriage was invented as a device to sell advertising and to get donations by Gay Mags and Gay Orgs. It takes two to tango, as they say. And, Bush could not use Gay Marriage as a diversion without The Gay Marriage Idiots playing Frick to Bush's Frack.

In the middle of These Two Warring White Factions dedicated to Using Gay to further their little agendas, we have Black Kevin Aviance, a Black Man with a body of work that Christian Conservatives will be eager to use to justify the lynching of Kevin Aviance.

Here we have the Body of Kevin Aviance. Bush et. al. will stand over the Body of Kevin Aviance and present Aviance' videos and photos to the White Trash as proof that what happened to Kevin Aviance was God's Will. Then,

The Gay Marriage Idiots will stand over The Body of Kevin Aviance and argue that this is why you need to buy more Gay Rags and Donate more money to Gay Orgs, i.e., so that they can combat these vicious crimes against poor Gay People and to pay legal fees to get gay marriage legalized.

I just hope Kevin Aviance realizes that he is first and far most A Black Man and that this is New York City.
