The Actress Collin Wilcox Paxton was probably a very nice lady. However, Collin Wilcox Paxton played the Hard-Up White Trash Beauch who falsely accused Black man Brock Peters of raping her in To Kill A Mockingbird, one of the Greatest Hollywood movies ever made.

There is a scene in "To Kill A Mockingbird" I love to cite because, one can only wonder how Spielberg would have handled this scene. After risking his career as a lawyer to defend a Black man accused of raping a White Woman, lawyer Gregory Peck (Atticus Finch) quietly packs up all of his books and paperwork and gets ready to leave the Court room after losing his case. Gregory Peck never looks up to see the Black residents of the town in the balcony all stand to show their respect and gratitude that Peck at least tried to get justice for a Black Man.
