West Hollywood, California. January 16, 2006 - The popular gay community website JustUsBoys.com released details today for their recently announced Party at Club 7969 on January 24, 2007 in West Hollywood.

The party will celebrate the expansion of the JustUsBoys.com magazine to a bi-monthly publication and will feature a no-cover 21+ event open to the public. Free gift bags will be provided to the first 200 attendees to walk the red carpet.

Celebrity Host Jackie Beat will lead the evening festivities. Jackie Beat is the drag persona of actor, singer, songwriter and screenwriter Kent Fuher. Beat has appeared in a number of independent feature films both in and out of drag, including Wigstock: The Movie, Flawless and Adam & Steve (for which she also wrote and performed the song Dance Off). In television, Beat has appeared on Sex and the City and was a writer for the short-lived sketch comedy series Hype on The WB Television Network. Beat is a fixture on the New York City cabaret scene and performs a sold-out Christmas show every year at Fez. Beat is the lead singer of the "electroclash" band Dirty Sanchez.

The dance floor will be governed by renowned DJ, Scotty K. The Los Angeles Times calls DJ Scotty K. "...one of LA's premiere DJs" Scotty K. has remixed tracks for Seal, Madonna, Inaya Day, Jasper Street Co. and Jennifer Holliday. Scotty K. remixed the summer 2004 dance club hit "Dive by Debby Holiday", which charted in the Top 5 on Billboard Magazine's Dance Club Play Chart, making him one of the hottest DJ/Producers on the west coast. In addition to making numerous club appearances in and around the United States, he has also delivered some unforgettable music to the dance music scene. DJ Scotty K. scored his first Billboard #1 song with a remix of Christina Aguilara's "Ain't No Other Man" that remained the #1 Billboard Hot Dance Club Play song for two weeks. He recently completed remixes for the Original Motion Picture Cast of RENT, Cheyne , Emma Bunton (formerly of The Spice Girls), Simone Denny, Ari Gold, Kelly Clarkson and Debby Holiday. He also has forthcoming releases for singers and independent artists Mona Chatterjee, Robbie Russell & Dianne Corbin.
