Well, the next shoe has dropped. Harlow Cuadra and his partner Joseph Manuel Kerekes were arrested today in Virginia Beach. We suspected that SOMETHING had to happen BEFORE Harlow's Lawyer got the search warrant affidavits unsealed. On Sunday, Luzerne County Judge Michael Conahan announced that he would retire at the end of the year AND, the Luzerne County Elections were held today. The Current Luzerne County District Attorney is expected to be elected Judge of the Court of Common Pleas in Luzerne County. And, The Current First Assistant District Attorney for Luzerne County is expected to be elected the first Female District Attorney for Luzerne County.

Pennsylvania State Police are in Virginia Beach and plan a press conference today to announce the arrests.

According to court papers, Cuadra wanted to work with a porn star currently involved in a federal lawsuit with Kocis, Sean Lockhart. Lockhart said that couldn't happen until the lawsuit was over. Court papers also stated Cuadra later contacted Lockhart and told him to go to Newswatch 16's website, wnep.com, to read the article of Kocis' murder.

Investigators said they found a camera from Kocis' house at Cuadra's home in Virginia Beach. The said Cuadra rented a car to go to Luzerne County and it had the mileage from Virginia to the Back Mountain and back. The particulars on the case against Harlow are still seeping out, slowly. We have yet to read a statement from the respective attorneys for Harlow and Joe. However, there is one little detail that I'm sure has everybody who has been following The Kocis Scandal on Pins 'N Needles.

What Are The Fucking Chances that Brent Corrigan will Set Foot In Luzerne County?

Based solely on what we've seen so far, it looks like the State's case against Harlow factors in Brent Corrigan being a friendly witness for The State. You have to wonder what kind of impression Brent Corrigan will make to a jury when, based on all available evidence, Brent Corrigan is terrified of setting foot in Luzerne County.

As we indicated here previously, Bryan Kocis tried to LURE Brent Corrigan into Luzerne County. The Gossip on the net is that Kocis had plans in place to have Brent Corrigan arrested for fraud when Kocis lied about Corrigan being required to appear in Luzerne County Court for a deposition (in relation to a lawsuit Kocis claimed he had filed against Corrigan - no lawsuit had been filed).

Also, the fact that Brent Corrigan is terrified of Luzerne County and, according to rumor, told friends that he didn't feel safe in Luzerne County should factor into whatever defense strategy Harlow's Lawyers have planned.

It goes without saying that if Luzerne County had sent Bryan Kocis to Prison in 2002 for video tapping himself having sex with a 15 year old boy, this little scandal would never have taken place.
