WILKES-BARRE — Accused killer Harlow Cuadra sent a handwritten note to an acquaintance last year, coaching him on ways to corroborate one of Cuadra’s alleged alibis, prosecutors said in a court filing Thursday.
In the note to Nep Maliki, Cuadra set the storyline for an alibi in which he claimed to be working as a male escort in Virginia at the time Bryan Kocis was killed in Dallas Township in January 2007 ...
Cuadra told Maliki they had met at Cuadra’s home in Virginia on the morning of Jan. 24, 2007, the day Kocis was killed. They were there for about an hour before they showered together and Maliki left, Cuadra said.Citizens Voice
I'm not sure whether to use the word desperation or propaganda to describe the above report in Luzerne County's The Citizens Voice Newspaper. I think maybe the Citzens Voice's story should be described as desperate propaganda.
It is more than apparent to anyone with any litigation experence that Luzerne County Prosecutors Can't Prove When Bryan Kocis was killed.
We have repeatedly stated here that the alibi defenses from Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes are Defense Ploys designed to determine whether or not Luzerne County Prosecutors have any evidence showing when Bryan Kocis was killed AND, to force Luzerne County Prosecutors to commit to a specific theory of the crime for the murder of Bryan Kocis.
AT THIS POINT, Defense Attorneys for Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes should be more than satisfied that Luzerne County Prosecutors can't prove when Bryan Kocis was killed and that Luzerne County Prosecutors can't prove WHO killed Bryan Kocis.
Luzerne County Prosecutors alleged in arrest warrants for Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes that Bryan Kocis communicated with his San Diego Lawyer and a number of other people on January 24, 2007. However, there has not been any indications whatsoever so far that Bryan Kocis' San Diego Lawyer nor any of the other persons Kocis allegedly communicated with on 1/24/07 are going to be Prosecution Witnesses. So, not only can't Luzerne County scientifically prove when Bryan Kocis was killed, none of the people who allegedly communicated with Kocis on 1/24/07 appear to be willing to tesify under oath that they believed the person they communicated with on 1/24/07 was Bryan Kocis. The Coroner who did the autopsy on Bryan Kocis' flambeed corpse is on record saying he did not know WHEN Bryan Kocis was killed.
The Coroner at the time Bryan Kocis was found dead is no longer a Coroner. So, what incentive does a former Coroner have to change his story now from what he said when Bryan Kocis was found dead?
Even the jail house heresay from cellmates of Joseph Kerekes don't specify A DATE that Cuadra and Kerekes allegedly killed Bryan Kocis.
Luzerne County Prosecutors Still Pilling On The Shit
If you look past the mounds and mounds of shit that Luzerne County Prosecutors have piled on top of Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes, you will see that Luzerne County Prosecutors can't prove when Kocis was killed.
In order for Cuadra and Kerekes to present an alibi defense, Luzerne County Prosecutors will have to commit to a specific time of death for Bryan Kocis and to a specific theory of the crime.
Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes were arrested and have been held in jail for more than a year and, Luzerne County Prosecutors have still not committed to a specific theory on how and when Bryan Kocis was killed.
The Final Nail in Luzerne County's Coffin
The Final Nail in The Coffin of The Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas will be the alternate theory of the crime that has Bryan Kocis being killed so that Kocis could not testify in a Federal Probe into how Kocis' 2002 guilty plea was completely changed in 2006 by Judge Michael Conahan.

Jeremiah apparently was a Showtime Sci Fi series starring Luke Perry. I saw a little bit of the end of the first episode of Jeremiah on Channel 55 from Long Island, New York. Jeremiah has a Wild Palms look about it.

I originally bought the Xtreme Video Highway TV Card to tune in tv programs on my computer, not to "capture" video.
