Historically, I found Winston was mostly a waste of time. But a word processor I ran into some time ago said that he got his PERM job through Winston, so I thought that I would try them again.

I faxed in my resume, even though I was already registered, and this moron calls me in to waste my time. When I went to Winston's office, a clown temp counselor told me that she called me in so that I could explain to her why someone wrote something negative in my file back in 1997? Back in 1997? So like why the fuck did you call me if there was something negative in my file?

Winston (for me any way) is still a major waste of time. My question of Winston was always, how could these people have so much office space and never be doing anything?

The temp counselors at Winston have this old world USELESS look about them, there were actually about FOUR middle-aged looking women at the reception desk.

At this new office of Winston's, on the temp side, there was a Black temp counselor, an apparent Puerto Rican temp counselor and a White Female Temp Counselor. It looked like they were more interested in defending a racial discrimination lawsuit than in actually being a temp agency.

Good grief. Step back and look at your message. You ARE negative. And if you bring that negativity to the workplace, no wonder they wrote you up!
