IBM 730T/730TE
I have about three or four of these. The 730TE has a processor that is a little bit faster than the 730T. What is great about these machines is that they are cheap (about $15.00 - $35.00 used on Ebay) and they are very sturdy. The Fujitsu Point 510 and the Fujitsu Stylistic 1200 have color displays, but these machines are in very high demand right now (and are getting more expensive) and I don't want to damage mine. So, while the 730T has a monochrome screen it is great to carry around as a PDA.
The 730T that I carry around with me has Pen for OS/2 on it, which makes it rather unique.
