Bio: Oscar - Butt Ugly Butt Sucking Mandinka Temp

The attorneys had asked the temp to copy some documents and the temp said, "I'm a word processor not a copier".
The temp in question here was the Original Butt Ugly Butt Sucking Mandinka Temp, "Oscar".
Now up to this point in time, I never really got the strategy of this “Oscar” going around eagerly and energetic kissing every ass in sight. Sure the bitch was ugly and nobody wanted to fuck him, but still, … kissing ass for a fucking temp assignment? Ain’t that as stupid as marrying a bitch just to fuck her?
But when I saw the Ass Kissed Supervisor run to defend “Oscar” against the attorneys who wanted to can "Oscar", “Oscar”’s butt sucking strategy became clear. It became clear to me that “Oscar” knew that he was stupid and ugly, that nobody wanted to fuck him and that he would screw shit up. So “Oscar” knew that he had to have “defenders” ready to help him when he needed help. And the way “Oscar” got “defenders” was to kiss every ass he ran into.
“Oscar” was a fucking legendary ass kisser. Almost every temp in Manhattan had some story of how they had a nice temp assignment at a good client and then Butt Sucking “Oscar” would came in and destroy their good thang. It is a shame that you New School Temps weren’t around to see “Oscar” at work, this guy raised ass kissing to a fucking art form, I mean you could fucking hear “slurping” from the next BUILDING.

In the old days, it generally was apparent to everyone temping that there were not a lot of minority temps in WP Centers. There definitely were/are more minority temps at law firms than there are temping at Investment banks.
It always seemed that the main priority of Mandinka Temps who did actually manage to get into a Center, was to try to convince everyone that they were the “Good Minority” and to paint all the other minorities in the Center as loud and uncultured.
I walked into this IB Bank’s Center that had a Mandinka Temp in it who was from the same agency as I was. This Mandinka clearly saw me as a threat because he immediately began positioning himself as the “Good Black”, under the apparent impression that I would be viewed as the loud uncultured Black.
The only problem with this particular Mandinka’s marketing strategy was that he failed to consider the fact that he was about 100 lbs overweight and "Butt Ugly".
I don't care how good you are at painting yourself as the "Good Black", if your ass is completely unfuckable, you won't last very long in very many Centers.
