I would have thought that there would have been SOME fall-out from getting the Client Sued, especially when you don't have a signed contract and you are in a "TRIAL" period.
Seems to me that getting the client sued would indicate that you failed the trial period? Don't you think?
It is just so hard keeping track of these relationships. This company throws that company a bone because that company is a client. The other company throws another company a bone because that company manages its 401(k) ... I am beginning to think that there is only one big giant company masturbating.
