About a year ago, I found evidence that a toppest-tier, million plus dollar per partner per year law firm was scamming temps out of free labor. This law firm requested a temp from my temp agency claiming that in order for a temp to temp in its word processing center, the temp had to be trained on its system. My temp agency sent me to this law firm and said that the assignment would be unpaid because it was training. Well, it didn't take me long to notice that the work these fahkers were giving me and that I was doing for no pay was production work. Not only were these stupid fahkers giving me production word processing work to type for free, but, they were billing their clients for the work I did.

Did you read all of that? This fahking law firm with million dollar plus partners felt some fahking need to scam me out of free labor. And, this little sheat move by this mighty White Law Firm wasn't limited to to just me, this fahking law firm had a pattern of going to new temp agencies every summer and claiming that they wanted to approve new temp agencies. In fact, all hese fahkers were doing was scamming some free labor, by getting a new supply of temps FOR TRAINING in every summer.

This is New York City, and that law firm was/is a major White Law Firm. There is no fahking way in hell that anyone from that law firm is going to jail or is even going to be prosecuted for anything.

There are many many many instances of unbelievable sheat going on in businesses in New York City that is not going to be stopped because the companies have enough power and connections to get away with what they are doing. In these cases, the only remedy available to us is public embarassment.

The law firm I mentioned laughs at me because they know no judge in New York City is going to send them to jail. However, that law firm didn't exactly count on my posting a message on their messagebaord at Vault.com about what they were doing. With law firms and Investment Banks, vault.com is power because the legal and investment banking worlds are reading the messageboards at Vault.com.

Now, while this law firm may have nothing to fear from the police and judges in New York City, they have a great deal to fear if other law firms and other lawyers read that kind of sheat about them on vault.com . For one thing, other competing law firms could use the information I posted because competing law firms have power and connections also. Second, high income money generating partners at other law firms might think twice about joining a fahking law that has the time and the fahking desire to fahking scam free word processing services from temps.

The Wall Street Journal informs us that an investment bank has finally finalized its procedure for laying off brokers.

I always thought that investment banks laid-off brokers with the biggest crack habits first.

Frankly, I don't much see the point of relationships that don't involve sex and that don't generate any revenue. Like, take mothers for example. Sure, they gave birth to you, but, are you suppose to like be fahkiing obligated to them for the rest of your fahking life for that? I mean, if the beauches ain't setting up no trust funds for you, and they ain't otherwise coughing up any cash, I say fahk'em! What have you done for me lately.

It wasn't until the Christian Curry Thing at Morgan Stanley that Vault.com really blew-up (as the Negroes say). Christian Curry is a Black guy who took a job with Morgan Stanley and then some nude pictures of him surfaced in a couple of gay magazines. Curry was fired from Morgan Stanley and Morgan Stanley went just a little bit too far in building a defense to Curry's lawsuit. While the Curry thing was going on, the place to get the latest insider gossip about the whole thing was Vault.com. Christian Curry, more or less, made <a href="http://www.dpbolvw.net/click-1750808-439536" target="_top" >Vault.com</a> a superstar (get it? superstar? swimming pool? Ohhhh, kiss my White Aasss! I've got underwear older than you!).

Morgan Stanley settled Curry's lawsuit out of court for a reported $20 million dollars. I think any lawyer who knows anything et. al. about employment law and discrimination lawsuits would laugh at the fact that anyone could actually think that a federal judge would award a Negroe any-kinda-millions of dollars in a discrimination lawsuit. Curry had to have had something else on Morgan Stanley that wasn't reported. There is no fahking way that any company in New York City, expecially one with pockets and connections as deep as Morgan Stanley, would be afraid of some Negroe suing it for racial discrimination in Federal Court.
