There is a building on Eight Avenue in New York City (the avenue with an infamous seedy history) that STILL has a porn store in it and that building will NEVER be condemned by the city.

The building will be able to have a porn store in it and anything else it wants because the building is owned by Trinity Church. And, unlike the land owners who were railroaded into selling their Times Square property dirt cheap, Trinity Church is not about to be ****ked over by anyone. Trinity Church and all of the other Churches in NYC that own so much land are EXPERT at the Real Estate Game.

The TIMES SQUARE REAL ESTATE SCAM will go down in history as one of THE biggest real estate scams of all time. The only scam that could possibly measure up to the Times Square Scam was the original purchase of the whole island of Manhattan from a group of Indians for about $25.00

When you walk down 42nd Street today and you look at all of the expensive property on 42nd Street/Eight Avenue/Times Square Area, it is important to realize that all of that expensive property was OWNED by someone and it was essential taken away for almost nothing.

There is a building in my neighborhood that is behind property that a well connected man/company purchased. Now Well Connected Man wanted to build a big housing complex on his property AND on the property behind his, but the guy who owned the property behind his didn't want to sale.

Well Connected Man made a number of offers to buy Holdout Man's property and when Holdout Man still continued to refuse to sell, Well Connected Man did exactly what the people who wanted the Times Square Area Property did. Well Connected Man went to the politicans and the police to try to just TAKE the guy's property.

Now, Holdout Man's hotel had been on his property for years serving low income people for years and no one gave a sheat about him or his hotel. But when Well Connected Man decided he wanted Hold-Out Man's property, suddenly the whole community is concerned about how Hold Out Man in managing his business.

When Hold Out man still resisted offers to sell and an organized "community effort" to put him out of business, the police sent in undercover cops who came out and claimed that since they asked for and rented rooms by the hour, that Hold Out Man was promoting prostitution. The politicians then condemed Hold Out Man's building. AND GET THIS, Hold Out Man still refused to sell, even with the city harassing him and destorying his business; he owned his property and he wasn't going to be forced to give it away.

Well, Well Connected Man's building is almost done now. However, he had to squeeze all of his intentions within the confines of the land that he originally purchased. Hold Out Man is still holding on to his property; which has to be worth 100X what it was before well connected man building a skyscraper next door to it.


Jazz on the Park Hostel - formerly known as the Castle Hotel
Jazz on the Parkt is on 106th Street behind new development called 455 Central Park West. Jazz On The Park Appears to be getting a resurfacing job to look more like 455 CPW.

I stayed in my crummy little apartment so long, my landlord rebuilt my apartment and the the entire building around me. And, according to the NY Times, my neighborhood is now a hot new place to live.

Apparently, Jazz on the Park held its ground long enough to see a major increase in property value and to get a free (?) resurfacing job.

there is an old Chinese (I think) saying that goes: "If you sit by the river long enough, you will see the bodies of your enemies float by". In re Manhattan Real Estate, if you hold your ground long enough, you will see your little piece of of NYC will one day be worth millions.

Fahk Face and Ernst & Young

One of the shinny new buildings going up in Times Square is the Ernst & Young HQ Building.

It is my understanding that Fahk Face Giuliani's company is a partnership between Giuliani and Ernst & Young.
