The New York Post had an article yesterday about Blacks suing UBS for racial discrimination, http://www.usbfsdiscrimination.com . My first thought on seeing the NYP article was: "So, where is the fahking EEO?" . The plaintiffs in this case are represented by a law firm in Philadelphia, and the fahking EEOC is right here in New York City.

I have been in New York City for almost 20 years and I have never seen or heard of the fahking EEO filing a lawsuit on behalf of Blacks. The unemployment rate for Black Men in New York City is claimed to be 50% and only 2% of the fahking New York City Fire Department was Black. Yet, the fahking EEOC is busy filing lawsuits on behalf of White Females at investment banks and old White Male Partners at law firms.

If you're Black, Never go to the fahking EEOC without a lawyer. Never, those fahkers will not help you, they will go out of their way to hurt you. The fahking EEOC has ugly Black beauches on their staff whose sole jobs are to testify on behalf of the fahking EEOC and AGAINST you (i.e. to testify that the fahking EEOC did not try to prevent you from filing a complaint and that you were treated fairly by the EEOC).

The EEOC will not help you if you are Black and want to file a racial discrimination complaint. If you go to them and you don't have a lawyer they will either try to prevent you from filing a complaint or they will just write a letter saying that there is no evidence you were discriminated against. I am not joking. Those fahking people are fahking aholes, they are in the business of trying to prevent Blacks from being compensated for racial discrimination.

Adecco is the largest temp agency in the world.

However, walking into Adecco's 5th Ave Office in NYC is like walking into some *hit Shop Real Estate Agency on Long Island.

First off, the only temp agency I have ever been into in New York City where the temp counselors were behind a locked door is Adecco. At one time the receptionist that was greeting people was a sorta friendly Black girl, but the last time I went to Adecco, the receptionist was this dip *hit White Thang who clearly seemed to be of the opinion that she had the power of life and death over who ever happened to walk into Adecco's office.

there are like 3,000 fahking temp agencies in New York City, yet this one fahking receptionist at this one fahking temp agency is suppose to be like fahking God to us.

Second, the only account I know if that Adecco has all to itself is Salomon Smith Barney (and hopefully THAT won't last much longer).

I have managed to make a pretty good living in New York City temping for about 10 years WITHOUT Adecco. So, while Adecco may in fact be the largest temp agency in the world, in New York City, Adecco is just another temp agency (one that, unless something has changed recently, doesn't pay nearly as much as the local NYC temp agencies pay).

While Adecco is just another temp agency in New York City, it is clear that the people in Adecco's NYC offce (who probably ALL live on Long Island) are of the belief that they are king of the hill. The staffing business runs on transients, so no temp agency has any real incentive to establish long lasting relationships with temps. But Adecco's way of doing business just leaves me in total shock.

My question for the last 5 years or so has been: "How is it possible that what is in Adecco's 5th Ave Office could be part of the largest temp agency in the world?"

there is this nitwit fat beauch in Adecco's office who calls me every six months or so with the same stupid ass line: "I got your resume from somewhere and I wonder if you could come in and register?". I am already registered with Adecco; although the lardass nutjob who keeps calling me, never seems to be able to match "me" with my resume.

I ran into a temp not too long ago who had an appointment with Adecco. When this temp went to Adecco for his appointment, the receptionist Beauch told him that the guy he had an appointment with had just been fired. So, the receptionist told this temp he would have to fax his resume in again for review and if there was any interest, someone would call him. Again, could this possibly be how the largest temp agency in the world operates?. God help us all if Adecco actually does one day become a major player in the NYC market.

A friend of mine told me not too long ago that a group of lawyers were about to leave their law firm to go to work for a law firm that I used to work for. My friend said that the lawyers changed their minds about joining this old law firm I worked for when they read something that I wrote about the firm at vault.com

According to my friend, the dipsheats at this silly aaass law firm I worked for are talking about how I am in the habit of doing to companies what I "did to them"; as if I am some evil monster from space.

The thing is that these Silly Little Racist Fahks have/had been playing games with Black Peoples' lives for fun for years. The only problem is that they had not run into a Black Man who was more interested in making money than he was in working for their little idiot fahking law firm.

I worked at this little idiot fahking law firm with these little idiot fahking lawyers for more than a year. And, all during that time it never fahking occurred to the dumb fahks that I might actually be more than a fahking word processor.

When dumb fahk wannabe employment law experts started trying to play their little "FIRE THE BLACK" game on me, I introduced them to a new twist on the concept that I invented called "DESTROY THE LAW FIRM".

Racist Fahks in New York City, especially Racist Lawyer Fahks will do anything and write anything and say anything in a racial discrimination lawsuit context because they know that no judge in New York City is going to rule against them in a racial discrimination lawsuit. So, the perfect way to set some fahker up in New York City (i.e. to get him/her to say or do something that can then be used against them in a criminal investigation or some other civil lawsuit) is to IMPLY that you are going to file a racial discrimination lawsuit against them. The dumb fahks will supply all kinds of sheat that you can use to bury their stupid asses with, either with the IRS, the SEC or some other type of civil litigation.

The fact is that there are so many former employees of this stupid aass law firm working overtime to come up evidence of criminal activity at the firm that I don't have to actually do anything to the dumb fahks.






DON'T BE A VICTIM OF NEW YORK CITY

As much as I hate to admit it, I fell victim to New York City.

When I first came to New York City more than ten years ago, I just assumed that New Yorkers were homo sapiens who deserved to live.

I actually believed one idiot fahker recruiter (who seems to now be out of business) when he told me that I could never get a job doing such and such because I didn't have the training (all I had was an engineering degree).

If ten years ago, I knew that New Yorkers were all idiot fahkers who deserved to die, I think I would have made much better choices career wise.

While PERM JOB anywhere else in the world may be a good thang, in New York City PERM JOB means that you will be looking at the same butt ugly abused fhakers every day of your working life until you kill them (or until someone else kills them). Temping/Consulting in New York City is not only your best move career wise (while you start your own business), in New York City, it is also the ONLY known way to avoid a long prison sentence.

Ten years ago, no one told me that "actor" was merely NYC Code for "idiot fahker" (and/or "idiot fhaker prostitute"). I never would have wasted so much of my time actually trying to relate to idiot actors (as if they were human) had someone told me that (in New York City) they were the humanoid equivalent of pond scum.

If I accomplish nothing else with this website, I would like to give you the advice that I didn't get ten years ago. In NYC, ASSUME that everyone you meet is an idiot fahking waste of skin unless they can provide you with proof that they are from Germany and are just visiting the city for a few weeks.

The Only people in NYC even worth talking to are German Tourist - Male German Tourists.

The rest of the 7+million "abused human hamburger with feet" are just in their "pre-homicide victim" phase.

When you see how many companies in New York City have and are making a lot of money, realizing that ALL of these companies have brain damaged, idiot, abused, usless fhakers working for them is like being handed the keys to Fort Knox

In the ten or so years that I have been temping in New York City, I have been in almost every company in NYC; certainly I have worked in every industry in New York City. The following are the Absolute Best Companies in New York City to Work For:

1. IBM - the only remaining multinational company that I have any respect for whatsoever is IBM. If you cold call most companies in New York City, there is a 99% chance that you will get some brain damaged ghetto beauch who will be eating and/or blowing her nose while she is talking to you (and she won't have a faking clue about anything). If you cold call IBM, IBM will route you to the department best capable of handling your question, and you will get an emailed response. IBM is absolutely beyond any doubt the absolute BEST company in the World. IBM is what the governemtn should be and enabler, IBM wants you to succeed using their products. Working for IBM may have some drawbacks, but it seems to me that even being at the bottom of the food chain at the greatest company in the world would be like a good thang.

2. American Express. There is only one company in New York City that I have worked for where everyone in the office that I was working in actually had work to do, that company was American Express (specifically in American Express' Tax Department). I just don't get WHY there are so many idiot fahkers with jobs who don't have sheat to do. What does it say about the American Workplace that, even when there was record high unemployment, there was still a *hit load of aholes with jobs and nothing to do? I went into American Express braced for attitude and I didn't run into any. American Express, like IBM, is so large and is involved in so many things that, it seems to me, once you get in you could do almost anything.

3. Swiss Investment Banks. Investment Banks in general are THE most professional work environments in New York City. You can walk into an insurance company in New York City or a commerical bank HQ in New York City and come face to face with screaming psycho beauches that everyone will be afraid to say anything to. There is almost ZERO chance that you will run across a NUT JOB beauch at any investment bank (because no one at any Ibank is likely to put up with some psycho beauch; not when they have enough money to either have the beauch killed or to pay her to go the fahk away). At most companies in New York, like ALL law firms, you are likely to run into ugly out-of-shape losers who only want to live long enough to retire. There are more people who actually have a fahking PURPOSE in life at investment banks than there are in any other industry in New York City (so what if that PURPOSE is to make a lot of money, at least they actually have a fahking purpose). All of the investment banks are great, First Boston, Lehman, Merrill, Swiss Bank/UBS. The only Bank I personally don't have time for is Goldman Sachs (but, if you are young, White, Male and Gay, even Goldman could be a great gig). Goldman Sachs is the only investment bank I have ever been in where when I passed someone on the hall and said hello, the purpose just stared at me like I was from Mars. I don't care how much money THEY make, they are not paying their support staff any more than any other IBank, so fahk'em (the rumor on the street is that they are the gayest IBank of them all).

4. Merrill Lynch. see above. I once informed Merrill Lynch that a bunch of psycho nut job Mandinka beauches on its staff were stealing from the company. Instead of Merrill just firing these ugly nut job beauches out right, Merrill did this elaborate investigation (before outsourcing the the butt-ugly fahkers). I was very impressed with out Merrill handled these dumb beauches. I figure I Merrill is professional and human toward aholes stealing from it, it has to be professional and human toward its normal humanoid staff. All investment banks are great, but Merrill is probably the best American investment bank for someone who is NOT White (this be coming from a Black Male).

5. Major Automobile Manufacturers. The ONLY private sector employees in America with the slightest fahking clue are Auto Workers. Auto Workers warned the nation back in the 80's of Corporate America's plan to automate and to outsource jobs offshore. Most if the idiots making $1+ million dollars at investment banks in New York City are still at-will employees (I just find it so fahking stupid and clueless that someone could be making BIG money ands STILL have no problem being a fahking at-will ahole working minute to minute). Ford, GM, Chrysler are great companies to work for because the Autoworkers guarantee that non-Union workers will, as a by-product of union contracts, have THE best wages and healthcare plans in the world. My first job out of college was for an automobile manufacturer, and it has been all down hill since then.

When it comes to clerical temping, working Night Staff, i.e. doing word processing work directly for a banker or a lawyer after 5:00 pm is temping Nirvana. Night Staff is Temping Nirvana because you can completely avoid the idiot ***kers in Word Processing Centers and still make just as much money as you could make if you were working in a word processing center.

First of all, the lawyers and the bankers who have already worked eight hour days and are working late to get something out are NOT going to put up with some ***king actor temp ahole going on and on about his/her fantasy acting career. The people working late generally have some say in who they can call to work for them and they WILL request the people that they KNOW will get the job done quickly and accurately. If you are temping night staff and you are good, the word gets around that you are good and you will have multiple people specifically requesting you by name. AND,

Once you have a large number of employees in a company requesting you by name, the Clerical Supervisor Beauch (who likes to play God with Temps' lives) at the company will only be able to sit there being pissed off at the fact that she has little control over how much you work and that she has little chance of replacing you with one of the idiot temps she likes (but who can't actually type).

Also, when you have a large number of people from several different clients requesting you by name, the lardass temp counselor Beauch who hates you will give you a blow job and lick your ass if you demand that she do so.

At one glorious time in history, I had three investment banks and two law firms all requesting me by name. I could have walked into my temp agency and put a bullet in my temp counselor's brain and gotten away with it as far as the owner of the temp agency I was working for was concerned.

Night Staff, especially a long term night staff shift, is temping Nirvana.

You know it really is amazing the collection of lifeforms one has to sue one's way through to make a living in New York City temping.

Can you *** believe that the desk security for the Building that Shulte Roth is located in is actually calling up Shulte Roth and trying to get temp's assignments cancelled?

The good thing is that these people (if you have seen what they look like) would never make sympathetic defendants in court, so you can probably make a shit load of money suing the company that they work for if they do get your temp assignment cancelled. Most of these people doing security for buildings seem to work for some security temp agency, not the building.

I was sent to Shulte Roth to temp for a third shift and I asked the guy (the people at the front desk were all Black Guys) to call the WP Center and let them know that I had arrived. Ten, twenty minutes go by and the thang has still not called. It claims that the line was busy ten minutes ago, so it will call later.

I go outside of the building, use a pay phone to call Shulte Roth and ask that someone come down to the lobby.

Now when someone does come down to the lobby to pick me up, this guy tells the person that I was rude to him and that they should not use me.

Can you say income opportunity?

So, the Income Opportunity of the Year for the Year 2003 is the Reception Desk for the Building that Shulte Roth is located in.

Why work all year for $40,000 when you can get it in one day by suing a bunch of clowns?

a temp agency told me not too long ago that Sullivan Cromwell reported that a temp sent to them had passed their test but that she was RUDE to the security person at the front desk and that they therefore didn't want to use her. So, it looks like Sullivan Cromwell's building reception desk is also an income opportunity.
